Mitchell Berman

An experienced trial attorney and litigator, Mitch has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents; slip-and-fall and other premises-liability claims; negligent/improper security cases; battery; dog bites; railroad accidents; wrongful death; medical malpractice; and product liability. He has substantial experience in both truck-versus-truck and automobile collision cases.

He has handled cases involving catastrophic and complex injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries, and other serious medical conditions. Mitch is admitted to practice in the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, and has appeared in additional state and federal courts.

Mitch is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is committed to giving every case his full attention and pursuing the best possible outcome for his clients.
